SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF McALL.ISTER STREET AND EXECUTION
OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS, IN THE LAKE MATHEWS AREA

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of McAllister Street was established
for public road and utility purposes by Certificate and /or delineation on or within the
Certificate of Dedication, Declaration of Dedication, Deed of Easement, Tract Maps,
Parcel Maps, or conveyance by Deed,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of McAllister Street is being
superseded by relocation, is not necessary, and is excess Right -of -Way not required for
public street and highway purposes, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
January 30 , 2007, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334 (a) of the Streets and Highways Code that the
hereinafter - described portion of McAllister Street is excess Right -of -Way,
is no longer required for public street and highway purposes and are
hereby summarily vacated.

SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
2. That the herein - described portion of McAllister Street is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized
transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California, and the Chairman of the
Board is authorized to execute Quitclaim Deed to SIERRA CREEK DEVELOPMENT,
LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

In the Unincorporated Territory of Riverside County, State of California
Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Final Order of Condemnation recorded
December 23, 1994 as Document No. 476856, of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, lying within Section 30, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, S.B.M. and being a 66 -foot
wide strip of land, lying 33 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the northeasterly terminus of that certain line shown as having a bearing of "North
37 °29'08" East" and a distance of "80.00 feet" in the easterly boundary of Tract No. 9562 -2, as per map
filed in Book 123, Pages 5 through 9, inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County;
Thence southwesterly along said line, South 37 °29'00" West 10.55 feet to the beginning of a non —
tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of 700.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South
55 °55'09" West, said . point also being a point on that certain curve, described in Parcel 1717 -043 of
said Final Order of Condemnation as having a radius of 700.00 feet, a central angle of 40 0 54'49" and a
length of 499.86 feet, said point also'being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence northwesterly along the centerline described in said Final Order of Condemnation through the
following courses: 129.41 feet along said curve through a central angle of 10 0 35'33 ";
Thence North 23 °29'19" West 263.99 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly
having a radius of 1200.00 feet;
Thence northwesterly 249.81 feet along said curve through a central angle of 11 0 55'40 ";
Thence North 11'33'38" West 114.94 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having
a radius of 1200.00 feet;
Thence northerly 162.18 feet along said curve through a central angle of 7 °44'36";
Thence North 03 0 49'02" West 95.55 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly having a
radius of 550.00 feet;
Thence northerly 193.81 feet along said curve through a central angle of 20 0 11'23 ";
Thence North 24 °00'25" West 269.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having
a radius of 250.00 feet;
