That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County
of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of the north 2 acres of Lot 49
of Section 28, Township 2 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian
according to a map of subdivision of Rancho Santa Ana del Chino as per plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 15, records of San Bernardino County,
California, said parcel being also a portion of Parcel C as described in that
certain Grant Deed recorded August 31, 2006 as Instrument No. 2006 - 0596605
of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the east line of said Lot 49 of Rancho Santa
Ana del Chino with the centerline of Hellman Avenue as shown on the Record of
Survey recorded in Book 114, Pages 82 through 87, inclusive, of Records of
Survey in the office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County;
