That portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 8706, as shown by map on file in
Book 36 page 69 of parcel maps, in the office of the County Recorder, County of
Riverside, State of California, in Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 4 West,
S.B.M., more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the intersection of Northerly line of said Parcel 4 and the
centerline of George Avenue (44.00 feet a half - width) as shown by Parcel Map
9806 recorded in Book 413 page 72, records of said County;
Thence along said centerline of George Avenue, South 01 °12'37" East, 332.86
feet;
Thence leaving said centerline of George Avenue, South 88 °47'23" West, 44.00
feet to the TRUE PONT OF BEGINNING said point also being on a line
parallel with and 44 feet Westerly of, as measured at right angles said
