SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF CRUMLEY COURT
IN THE SANTA ROSA RANCHO AREA
(AB 06013)
(FIRST Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of Crumley Court was dedicated
for public road and utility purposes on Tract Map No. 27324, recorded in Map Book
255, Pages 26 through 28, inclusive, Official Records of the Recorder of Riverside
County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of Crumley Court is not -
necessary and is excess Right of Way, and not required for public street and highway
purposes, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on February 27 , 2007, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(x) of the Struts and Highways Code that
the hereinafter - described portion of Crumley Court is excess Right of
Way and is no longer required for public street and highway purposes
and is hereby summarily vacated,

AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
2. That the herein - described portion of Crumley Court is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized
transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.

COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Crumley Court (60.00 feet in full width) and Doneri
Lane (60.00 feet in full width) as shown on said tract map;
Thence along the centerline of said Crumley Court, North 07'04'J5" West, 15389 feet,
Thence leaving said centerline, North 825525" East, 30.00 feet to the easterly right of way line
of Crumley Court, also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along said right of way line, !North 07'04'35' West, 266.52 feet,
Thence North 3350'16' East, 19.85 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Los
Gatos Road (60.00 feet in full width);
