COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
ACCEPTING A PORTION OF PALOMAR ROAD AND TRADE WINDS DRIVE, IN THE
ROMOLAND AREA,
FOR PUBLIC USE.
(Fifth Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portion of Palomar Road and Trade Winds Drive
were offered for dedication for public road and public utility purposes by the Parcel Maps
hereinafter - referred to, which offers of dedication have not been previously accepted for
public use by the County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on March 20
2007, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication and recognizes that said roads are
public roads open for use by the general public;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance
is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road and utility uses, and is not an acceptance of the roads into the County Maintained Road
System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code and that said road will not
become part of the County Maintained Road System unless subsequently accepted into said
Maintained Road System by a resolution adopted by this Board;

Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described as follows:
PALOMAR ROAD (See Exhibit "A ")
Those portions of Palomar Road (44.00 feet wide) as lots "B" and "C ", on Parcel Map
No. 7973 recorded in Book 28, Pages 48 and 49 of Parcel Maps, lot "A" on Parcel Map No.
8873 recorded in Book 34, Pages 29 and 30 of Parcel Maps and lot "A" of Parcel Map No.
11706 recorded in Book 55, Page 95 of Parcel Maps, Official Records of Riverside County,
California.
TRADE WINDS DRIVE (See Exhibit "A ")
That portion of Trade Winds Drive (30.00 feet wide) as lots "A" and "B ", on
Parcel Map No. 13933 recorded in Book 81, Page 14 of Parcel Maps, Official Records of
Riverside County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, California.
ADOPTED by Riverside County Board of Supervisors on March 20, 2007, by
the following vote:
