RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 59 of Tract 12129 as shown by map on file in Map Book 109 of Maps, pages 19
through 28 inclusive, Records of Riverside County, California, lying in the Rancho Pauba, more
particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the Intersection of the centerlines of Celle Contento Road (44.00 feet in half width) and
Calls Vista Road (30.00 feet in half width), which is a point on a nontangent curve with a radial bearing of
North 74 °50'18 West;
Thence southwest along said curve concave to the east having a radius of 2000.00 feet, which is the
centerline of said Calls Contento Road, through a central angle of 15 °4941 ", a distance of 552.50 feet;
Thence South 70 °37'11° West a distance of 46.39 feet to the southeasterly comer of Lot 59 of said Tract
12129, which is a point on a nontangent curve concave to the east having a radius of 2044.00 feet, at a
radial bearing of South 88 0 55'00° West, which is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
