Legal Description
Being a portion of the northeast quarter of Section 5, T.6S., R.3W., S.B.M., in the County of Riverside,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said Section 5, also being the Centerline intersection of
Murrieta Road and Newport Road as shown on Parcel Map 8233 recorded in Book 67, pages 74 and 75
of Parcel Map Records of said County;
THENCE along said Centerline of Newport Road North 89 °33'13" West, 163.28 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave southerly, having a radius of 2000.00 feet;
