recorded September 29, 2004 as Document No. 2004 - 0773000, Official Records of
Riverside County, California, also being a portion of Parcel 1 of Lot Line Adjustment
No. 4964 per Notice of Lot Line Adjustment recorded May 24, 2006 as Document No.
