title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to improvements

in Book 6 Page 2, of Maps, Official Records of said County described as follows.
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 58.
Thence, along the southerly line of said Lot 58, South 89 °47'08" West 17.97 feet to the beginning
of a non tangent curve, concave westerly, Navin} a radius of 1 8.00 feet. A radial line at the beginning of
said curve bears North 00° 12'52 ".
