PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 122 of Trumble Farms, as shown by map on file in Book 11 of Maps
at page 38 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located within Section 15,
Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 122, said corner being on the westerly
right -of -way line of Antelope Road (60.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence North 00° 25' 31" East along the easterly line of said Lot 122 and along said
westerly right -of -way line, a distance of 105.00 feet;
Thence North 89° 17' 13" West, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point on a Iine parallel with
and distant westerly 20.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said westerly right -of -way line;
Thence South 00° 25' 31" West along said parallel line, a distance of 105.00 feet to a
