page 38 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, Iocated within Section 15, Township 5
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said Lot 71, said comer being on the easterly
right -of -way line of Sherman Road (60.00 feet in width);
Thence North 00° 10' 31" East along the westerly line of said Lot 71 and along said
easterly right -of -way line, a distance of 105.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant
northerly 105.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from the southerly line of said Lot 71;
Thence South 89° 17' 13" East along said parallel line, a distance of 29.00 feet to a point
