Hall Avenue & Agua Mansa Road
Those portions of Parcels 9, 10 and 11 of Parcel Map No. 24088 -2 situated in Section 2,
Township 2 South, Range 5 West of the San Bernardino Baseline and Meridian, on file in Book
177 of Parcel Maps, Pages 32 through 36 inclusive, Records of Riverside County, California, said
portions being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Parcel 11, being an angle point on the
northeasterly Right -of -Way line of Brown Avenue (78 feet wide), as shown on said Parcel Map,
said northeasterly Right -of -Way line being a line parallel with and 39.00 feet northeasterly of the
centerline of said Brown Avenue;
Thence northeasterly and northwesterly along the southeasterly lines of said Parcels 1 I and 10,
northwesterly along the northeasterly lines of said Parcels 10 and 9, and southwesterly along the
northerly line of said Parcel 9, the following 5 (five) courses:
1.) North 75 °41'47" East, a distance of 33.24 feet, to an angle point, being a point on the

Access Open
The conveyance is made for road purposes and the grantor hereby releases and relinquishes
to the grantee any and all abutter's right of access appurtenant to grantor's remaining property, in
and to said road.
Reserving, however, to the grantor, grantor's successors or assigns, the rights of access to
the road over and across the following described access opening:
COMMENCING at the most northwesterly corner of said Parcel 9, being a point on the
