LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY to the COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public
road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to improvements
in accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on
behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority
contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

page 38 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located within Section 15, Township 5
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 58, said corner being on the westerly
right -of -way line of Sherman Road (60.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence North 89° 17' 13" West along the southerly line of said Lot 58, a distance of
29.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant westerly 29.00 feet, measured at a right
angle, from the easterly line of said Lot 58;
