That portion of Lot 39 of Trumble Farms, as shown by map on file in Book 11 of Maps at
page 38 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located within Section 15, Township 5
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said Lot 39, said corner being on the easterly
right -of -way line of Trumble Road (40.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence South 89° 17' 13" East along the southerly line of said Lot 39, a distance of 10.00
feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from the
westerly line of said Lot 39;
Thence North 00° 03' 15" East along said parallel line, a distance of 105.01 feet;
Thence North 89° 17' 13" West, a distance of 10.00 feet, to a point on said westerly line;
