granted by the easement dated
from "SEE BELOW ", to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is
hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County
of Riverside on' behalf of the public for public road, drainage,
and utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance
with County standards, will be included into the County
Maintained Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the
Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in
County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of the southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 2 South, Range 6 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State of California, said portion being described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said Section T.
Thence North 89 °45'16" West along the southerly line of said Section 7, a distance of 30.00 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point also being on the westerly right-of-way line of
WinevilIe Avenue (60.00 feet in width) as described in. that certain road easement recorded March 2, 1966
as Instrument No. 22462, Official Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 89 °45'16" West, continuing along said southerly line of Section 7, a distance of
530.45 feet to the beginning of a non - tangent curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 1707.43
feet, the radial line from said point bears South 13'53'27" East, said point also being the northwest corner
of Lot D of Parcel Map No. 34826, on file in Book 219 of Parcel Maps, at pages 28 through 30
inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence along said curve, to the right, through a central angle of 14'52'22'', an arc distance of
443.21 feet, to a point on a line parallel with and distant northerly 67.00 feet, measured at a right angle.
