That portion of Lot 291 of Romola Farms No. 5, as shown by map on file in Book 14 of
Maps at pages 44 through 46, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, lying
within the southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said Lot 291, said corner being on the
northerly right -of -way line of State Highway 74 (60.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence North 89° 42' 29" West along the southerly line of said Lot 291 and along said
northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 210.15 feet to the southeast corner of that certain
