Section 14, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 768, said corner being on the westerly
right -of -way line of Palomar Road (40.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence North 00° 07' 09" West along the easterly line of said Lot 768 and along said
