Section I4, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 767, said corner being on the westerly
right -of -way line of Palomar Road (40.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence South 00° 07' 09" East along the easterly line of said Lot 767 and along said
westerly right -of -way line, a distance of 17.81 feet;
