PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 7171, as shown by map on file in
Book 24 of Parcel Maps at page 1 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, lying
within the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 5 South,
Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel 4, said corner being on a
curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 956.00 feet, the radial line from said
point bears South 73" 35' 19" East, said point also being on the northeasterly corner of
Lot "A" (Juniper Flats Road 44.00 feet in half width) of said Parcel Map No. 7171;
Thence North 89" 46' 26" East along the northerly line of said Parcel 4, a distance
of 6.26 feet to a point on a non - tangent curve, concentric with the easterly line of said Lot
"A ", concave to the southeast, having a radius of 950.00 feet, the radial line from said
point bears South 73° 28'50" East;
Thence southerly along said curve, to the left, through a central angle of 02 40'
