That portion of Lot 749 of Romola Farms No. 6A, as shown by map on file in Book 14 of
Maps at pages 63, 64 and 65 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located within
Section 14, Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being
described as follows;
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said Lot 749, said corner being on the westerly
right -of -way line of San Jacinto Road (40.00 feet in width) of said map;
Thence South 89° 56' 08" West along the southerly line of said Lot 749, a distance of
10.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant westerly 10.00 feet, measured at a right
angle, from the easterly line of said Lot 749;
Thence North 00° 25' 17" East along said parallel line, a distance of 95.00 feet to a point
on a tine parallel with and distant northerly 95.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said
