Township 5 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast comer of said Parcel 4;
Thence South 00° 11' 16" East along the easterly line of said Parcel 4, a distance of 6.00
feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant southerly 50.00 feet, measured at a right angle,
