SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF PERRET BOULEVARD
IN THE WILDOMAR AREA
(AB 06032)
(First Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of Perret Boulevard was
dedicated on Tract Map of County Club Heights Lakeland Unit, recorded in Map Book
17, Page 52, on file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of Perret Boulevard is not
necessary and is excess Right of Way, and not required for public street or highway
purposes, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on July 17 , 2007, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
the hereinafter - described portion of Perret Boulevard is excess Right of Way
and is no longer required for public street and highway purposes and is hereby
summarily vacated.

AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section of the Streets and
Highways Code.
BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
ADOPTED by Riverside County Board of Supervisors on July 17, 2007, by
the following vote:

Ayes: Buster, Stone, Wilson and Ashley
Nays: None

That portion of Lot C, Perret Boulevard (50.00 feet wide), located in Rancho La Laguna,
(Section 13, Township 6 South, Range 5 West, Projected), County of Riverside, State of
California adjoining Lots 18 and 33 as shown on Country Club Heights Lakeland Unit, per map
recorded in Book 17, Page 52 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 18, said point being in the northwesterly
right of way line of said Perret Boulevard;
Thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 18, being also the northwesterly
right of way line of said Perret Boulevard, North 36 ° 35'23" East, 105.00 feet to the most easterly
corner of said Lot 18, said point being in the southwesterly line of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to County of Riverside Regional Parks and Open -Space District by Grant Deed
recorded April 7, 2000 as Instrument No. 2000 - 129139 Official Records of said County;
Thence southeasterly along said southwesterly line, South 53 East, 5.00 feet to the most
southerly corner of said Instrument No. 2000 - 129139, said point being also the most westerly
corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to County of Riverside Regional Parks and Open -
Space District by Grant Deed recorded December 05, 1999 as Instrument No, 1999 - 534160
Official Records of said County;
Thence continuing southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said Instrument No. 1999-
534160, South 53 ° 24'37" East, 45.00 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 33 of said Country
Club Heights Lakeland Unit, said point being in the southeasterly right of way line of said Perret
Boulevard;
Thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Lot 33, and the southeasterly right of way
line of said Perret Boulevard South 36 ° 35'23" West, 105.00 feet to the most westerly corner of
said Lot 33;
Thence northwesterly, North 53 0 24' 37" West, 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
