That portion of Lot 300 of Romola Farms No. 5, as shown by map on file in Book
14 of Maps at pages 44 through 46, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County,
California, lying within the southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 300, said corner being on the
southerly right -of -way line of Watson Road (20.00 feet in half width) of said map;
Thence North 89° 56'55" West along the northerly line of said Lot 300 and along
said southerly ri ght -of way line, a distance of 640.15 feet to the northwest corner of said
Lot 300, said corner being the intersection of said southerly right -of -way line of Watson
Road with the easterly right -of -way line of Emperor Road (20.00 feet in half width) of
