THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Inte est in real property granted
by the easement dated – 04—w 7 from
SEYMOUR LAZAR AND ALYCE J. LAZAR, AS COMMUNITY
PROPERTY, to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby
accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County of
Riverside on behalf of the public for public road, drainage and
utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance with
County standards, will be included into the County Maintained
Road System by the undersigned on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in County

PUBLIC ROAD & UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of the east half of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 6 East, San
Bernardino Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Harry Oliver Trail (88.00 feet
in width) of that certain easement for public road and drainage purpose conveyed to the
County of Riverside by deed recorded July 2, 1987 as Instrument No. 190451, Official
Records of Riverside County, California with the centerline of Varner Road (29.00 feet in
width) as shown on State Right -of -Way Map on file in Riverside County Road
Department files as 204 -594;
Thence North 54° 41' 04" West along said centerline of Varner Road, a distance
of 67.00 feet;

BEGINNING, said point being on the northeasterly right -of -way line of said Varner

distance of 367.24 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the northeast.

a point thereon, the radial line from said point bears North 36° 10' 02" East, said point
also being the most westerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Grant Deed

10, 2000 as Document No. 2000- 0133007, Official Records of Riverside County,

Thence North 36° 10' 02" East along the westerly line of that certain parcel of
land so conveyed, a distance of 35.62 feet;
Thence South 57° 49' 25" East a distance of 297.63 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant northeasterly 82.00 feet, measured at a right angle, from said
centerline of Varner Road;
Thence South 54° 41'04" East along said parallel line, a distance of 215.93 feet;
Thence North 87° 51' 07" East, a distance of 28.98 feet, to a point on a non-
tangent curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 356.00 feet, the radial line
from said point bears North 56° 08' 40" West, said point also being on the westerly line
of that certain easement conveyed to the County of Riverside, California by deed
