Meridian, said portion being described as follows:
COMMENING at the centerline intersection of Harry Oliver Trail (88.00 feet in
width) of that certain easement for public road and drainage purpose conveyed to the
County of Riverside by deed recorded July 2, 1987 as Instrument No. 190451, Official
Records of Riverside County, California with the centerline of Varner Road (29.00 feet in
width) as shown on State Right -of -Way Map filed in Riverside County Road Department
files as 204 -594;
Thence North 35° 19' 19" East along said centerline of Harry Oliver Trail, a
distance of 90.51 feet;

BEGINNING, said point being the most northerly comer of that certain parcel of land
