FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is here ac owledged,

GRANT(S) to the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, a political subdivision, an exclus T ovary Construction
Easement to use the property in the County of Riverside, State of California, de i x ibit A, and shown
on Exhibit B, both attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for t e truction of a road
improvement project by the Grantee on land other than such described property.
Such right may be exercised for eighteen (18) months commencing on the date this Temporary Construction
Easement Deed is recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Riverside County or giving of thirty days
written notice by Grantee, whichever occurs later.
After the expiration of the Temporary Construction Easement term, Grantee shall quitclaim its interest in such
property to Grantor or Grantor's successor.
