SUMMARILY VACATING THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION
OF BUNNY TRAIL IN-THE WILDOMAR AREA

WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described Bunny Trail was dedicated on Parcel
Map 9637, recorded in Parcel Map Book 58, Pages 1 through 5, inclusive, of Parcel
Maps on file in the Office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication of Bunny Trail has not been accepted by the
County of Riverside: and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described Bunny Trail is not necessary and is
excess Right of Way, and not required for public street or highway purposes, now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on October 2 , 2007, as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -045
1. Pursuant to Section 8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code that
the hereinafter - described Bunny Trail is excess Right of Way and is no longer
required for public street and highway purposes and is hereby summarily
vacated.
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBITS "A" AND "B" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove, or renew such facilities, pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
2. That the herein - described of Bunny Trail is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, including use as a non - motorized transportation facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.

Those portions of Parcels 3 through 5 inclusive, as shown on Parcel Map 9637 on file in Book 58
of Parcel Maps at pages 1 through 5 inclusive, thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, lying in
Section 6, Township 7 South, Range 3 West &B.M., more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of a road easement as shown on said parcel map, said
easement being on the south side of said Parcel 5;
Thence South 46 0 29 1 56" East, a distance of 21.28 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant
northerly 30.00 feet, as measured at a right angle, from the southerly line of said Parcel;
Thence North 88 1 19'54" East along said parallel line, a distance of 1266.34 feet to an angle point
herein;
Thence North 43 °29'15" East, a distance of 21.16 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant
westerly 30.00 feet, as measured at a right angle, from the centerline of Elizabeth lane as shown on said
parcel map;
