Riverside, State of California, lying within the northwest one - quarter of Section 29,
Township 6 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the southerly line of Parcel 11 and the centerline of
Elliot road, 60 feet wide, as shown on Parcel Map 9720 on file in Parcel Map Book 50, pages
32 through 34 inclusive, records of said Riverside County, California;
Thence westerly along said southerly line of Parcel 11, South 89 °25'17" West, a distance of
30.00 feet to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of said Elliot Road and the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence continuing westerly along said southerly line, South 89 West a distance of
1,278.26 feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Kooden Road, 60 feet wide, as shown
on said Parcel Map 9720;
