BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Obsidian Drive (30.00 feet in half width)
with the centerline of McDowell Road (30.00 feet in half width), both of Parcel Map 15,033, as shown
by map on file in Book 87 of Parcel Maps at page 8 thereof, said point of intersection being the
southeast corner of Lot "I" of said Parcel Map 15,033;
