In the Northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M., Unincorporated County
of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 7375, filed in Book 23,
Page 37 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said county being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner said Parcel 1 as shown on said map, said point being also the
Northeast corner of Parcel B of LLA -4872, recorded 06 -08 -205 as Inst. No. 2005 - 0456072, O.R., and a
point on the westerly right -of -way line of Washington Street, the westerly half width being 55 feet wide as
shown on said Parcel Map No. 7375;
Thence North 00 39' 00" West, along the easterly line of said Parcel 1 and along said westerly right -of-
way line, a distance of 79.09 feet to the True Polnt Of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00" 39'00" West, along said easterly line and along said westerly right -of -way
line a distance of 485.94 feet;
Thence South 00 29' 20" West, a distance of 50.33 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to
