RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
drainage purposes, and subject to improvements in
accordance with County standards, will be included into the
County Maintained Road System by the undersigned on
behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority
contained in County Ordinance No. 669. Grantee consents to

of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 7375, filed in Book 23,
Page 37 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said county being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencina at the Southeast corner said Parcel 1 as shown on said map, said point being also a point
on the Northeast corner of Parcel B of LLA -4872, recorded 06 -08 -2005 as Inst. No. 2005- 0456Q72, O.R.
and a point on the westerly right -of -way line of Washington Street, the westerly half width being 55 feet
wide as shown on said Parcel Map No. 7375;
