of Riverside, State of California, being that portion of Parcel A of LLA -4872, recorded 06 -08 -2005 as Inst.
No_ 2005- 0456072, Q.R. in the Office of the County Recorder of said county being more particularly
described as foilows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Parcel B of said LLA -4872 as shown on Exhibit "B" of said LLA,
said point being also a point on the westerly right -of -way line of Washington Street, the westerly half width
