PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT
That portion of Parce l 3 of Parcel Map No. 31944, as shown by map on file in Book 211 of
Parcel Maps at pages 34 and 35 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, located in the
north half of Section 32, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, said portion
being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot "B" (Olive Avenue, 50.00 feet in half width) of
said Parcel Map, said corner being on the southerly right-of-way line of said Olive Avenue;
Thence North 89 East along said southerly right -of -way line, a distance of 100.98
feet;
Thence South 44 °31'58" West, a distance of 35.32 feet to a point on a line parallel with and
distant southerly 74.98 feet, measured at a right angle, from the centerline of said Olive Avenue;
Thence South 89 °31'58" West along said parallel line, a distance of 76.00 feet to a point on
the westerly line of said Parcel 3;
