COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Section 29, said corner being the
southeast corner of Lot "J" (Olive Avenue, 44.00 feet in half width) of Parcel Map No. 12,325,
as shown by map on file in Book 79 of Parcel Maps at pages 88 and 89 thereof, Records of
Riverside County, California;
Thence South 89 0 31'58" West along the south line of said Lot "J" and along the south
