CHANGE THE NAME OF PULCAS CREEK ROAD TO OAK MOUNTAIN ROAD
IN THE TEMECULA AREA OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY
(THIRD SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code, a
public hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of intention to change
the name of Pulgas Creek Road, as shown on Parcel Map on file in Parcel Map Book
12, Pages 12 and 13, records of the Recorder's Office, Riverside County California, in
Sections 5 and 6, T. 8 S., 1 W,, S.B.M., as shown on attached Exhibit "A ", Third
Supervisoral District, to Oak Mountain Road, and all persons having had an
opportunity to be heard; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on _ February 7 , 2006, that the name of Pulgas Creek Road be
changed to Oak Mountain Road.
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of this
Board shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder, Riverside County, California.
