WHEREAS, the hereinafter - described portion of South Frontage Road was
relinquished to the County as shown on the Transportation Commission Resolution
number 82648, recorded September 11, 1984 as Instrument Number 197710, shown as
segment 12 on Relinquishment Map recorded July 26, 1984 in State Highway Book 9,
Pages 33 through 44 inclusive, Official Records Riverside County, California.

BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on _____
February 28 , 2006, as follows:
1.That the hereinafter described portions of South Frontage Road and Indian Truck
Trail are not required for public street and highway purpose and are pursuant to section
8334(a) of the Streets and Highways Code, hereby summarily vacated:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBITS "A ", "B ", "C" AND "D" AND MADE A PART HEREOF
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the vacation an easement for any existing
public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to maintain, operate,
replace, remove or renew such facilities pursuant to section 8340 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
2. That the herein- described portions of South Frontage Road. and Indian Truck
Trail are unnecessary for present or prospective public use, including use as a non -
motorized transportation facility.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution, and upon execution, the
quitclaim deed, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside,
California, and the Chairman of the Board is authorized to execute the quitclaim deed to
the underlying property owner, subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions and an
easement for any public utilities and public service facilities, together with the right to
maintain, operate, replace, remove or renew such facilities, pursuant to Section 8340 of
the Streets and Highways Code.

That portion of South Frontage Road as conveyed to the State of California by Deed recorded
January 13, 1977 as instrument no. 6260, Official Records of Riverside County, California, and
relinquished to the County of Riverside by Transportation Commission Resolution No. 82848 recorded
September 11, 1984 as instrument no. 197710, Official Records of Riverside County, California, shown
as Segment 12 on Relinquishment Map recorded July 26, 1984 in State Highway Map Book 9, Pages 33
through 44 inclusive, in the Office of the Riverside County Recorder, being described as a portion of the
Southwest one - quarter of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 5 West, S.B.M., and a portion of the
Southeast one - quarter of Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 6 West, S.B.M., described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southwesterly right of way line of South Frontage Road
with the Southeasterly right of way line of Indian Truck Trail Road (88.00 feet wide) as shown on
California Department of Transportation Monumentation Map No. 427091 on file in the office of the
Riverside County Surveyor as Map No. 204 -984;
Thence N.61 °5141 "E. along the Easterly prolongation of the Southeasterly right of way line of
