That portion of Indian Truck Trail Road as conveyed to the State of California by
Deed recorded January 13, 1977 as instrument no. 6260, Official Records of Riverside
County, California, and relinquished to the County of Riverside by Transportation
Commission Resolution No. R2583 recorded March 12, 1980 as instrument no. 48062,
Official Records of Riverside County, California, shown as Segment 1 on
Relinquishment Map recorded January 18, 1980 in State Highway Map Book 8, Pages
38 through 44 inclusive, in the Office of the Riverside County Recorder, being described
as a portion of the Southeast one - quarter of Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 6
West, S.B.M., described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northwesterly right of way line of Indian
Truck Trail Road (88.00 feet wide, 44.00 feet Northerly and 44.00 feet Southerly) as
shown on California Department of Transportation Monumentation Map No. 427091 on
file in the office of the Riverside County Surveyor as Map No. 204 -984, with the
Southwesterly right of way line of Campbell Ranch Road (104.00 feet wide, 54.00 feet
Westerly and 50.00 feet Easterly) as described in Parcel "B" of Easement to the County
of Riverside, recorded August 31, 2004 as instrument number 688650, Official Records
of Riverside County, California;
Thence S.32 1 56'19 "E. along the Southeasterly prolongation of the Southwesterly
right of way line of said Campbell Ranch Road, a distance of 20.09 feet to the
Northwesterly prolongation of the Southwesterly right of way line of De Palma Road
described in Easement to the County of Riverside, recorded June 15, 2004 as
instrument number 456523, Official Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence Southeasterly along the Northwesterly prolongation of the Southwesterly
right of way line of said De Palma Road on a tangent curve concave Northeasterly,
having a radius of 1154.00 feet, through an angle of 03 0 23'52 ", an arc length of 68.43
feet to the Southeasterly right of way line of said Indian Truck Trail Road;
Thence the following five (5) courses along the Southeasterly, Southwesterly and
Northwesterly right of way lines of said Indian Truck Trail Road;
1) 5.61 a distance of 128.14 feet;
2) Southwesterly on a tangent curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of
806.00 feet, through an angle of 15 °01'21 ", an arc length of 211.33 feet;
3) N.43 a distance of 88.00 feet;

of 894.00 feet, through an angle of 15 1 01'21 ", an arc length of 234.40 feet;
