That certain parcel of land situated in the Unincorporated Territory of the County
of Riverside, State of California, being those portions of Briggs Road and Parcels
13 and 14 of Parcel Map No. 16557 filed in Book 95, Pages 58 through 61,
inclusive, of Parcel Maps in the Office of the Riverside County Recorder, situated
in Fractional Section 31, Township 6 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, described as a whole as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Lot 242 of Tract No. 29484 as shown
on the map filed in Book 387, Pages 81 through 99, inclusive of Maps in the
office of said County Recorder, being a point on a curve in the northerly right of
way line of Leon Road as shown on said Tract, said curve being concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 1,450.00 feet, a radial line of said curve from

thence along the easterly prolongation of said northerly right of way line and
