That portion of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 2 South,
Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest comer of said Section 26, said corner being the
intersection of the centerline of Archibald Avenue (50.00 feet in half width, as conveyed to the
County of Riverside by Deed recorded February 10, 1965, as Instrument No. 15727) with the
centerline of Schleisman Road (25.00 feet half width, as described by that certain road easement
to Riverside County per Deed recorded July 13, 1908 in Book 267 of Deeds at page 18, Records
of Riverside County, California), as shown on Parcel Map 28278 on file in Book 192 of Parcel
Maps at pages 1 through 16, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00° 05'46" West along the westerly line of said Section 26 and along said
centerline of Archibald Avenue, a distance of 25.00 feet;
Thence North 89 54' 04" East, a distance of 50.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point being on the easterly right -of -way line of said Archibald Avenue;
Thence North 00° 05' 46" West along said easterly right -of -way line, a distance of
1294.16 feet to a point on the northerly line of said south half of the southwest quarter of Section
