hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting title in the County

and utility uses, and subject to improvements in accordance

Board of Supervisors pursuant to the authority contained in

7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Section 26, said corner being the intersection
of the centerline of Archibald Avenue (50.00 feet in half width, as conveyed to the County of
Riverside by Deed recorded February 10, 1965, as Instrument No. 15727) with the centerline of
Schleisrnan Road (25.00 feet half width, as described by that certain road easement to Riverside
County per Deed recorded July 13, 1908 in Book 267 of Deeds at page 18, Records of Riverside
County, California), as shown on Parcel Map 28278 on file in Book 192 of Parcel Maps at pages I
through 16, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence North 00 °05'46" West along said centerline Archibald Avenue, a distance of 1319.15
feet to a point on the northerly line of the south half of the southwest quarter;
Thence North 89 °53'08" East along said northerly line, a distance of 825.81 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the northwest corner of that certain parcel of land as
described by Grant Deed recorded April 9, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004 - 0256478, Official Records of
