OF RIVERSIDE, is hereby accepted for the purpose of vesting
title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669.

In the County of Riverside, State of California, being a portion of Lot 47, in Block D of Rancho
La Laguna as per map titled "Plat Showing Resubdivision of Block D Elsinore" on file in Book
6, Page 296 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, also being a
portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 10465 as per map filed in Book 50, Page 61 of Parcel
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said Riverside County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of said Parcel 4, distant thereon North 52 °55'46"
West 858.18 feet from the most easterly corner of Lot 49 of said Block D, said corner being on
the northwesterly right -of -way line of Corydon Street, 60.00 feet in full width, as shown on said
map titled "Plat Showing Resubdivision of Block D Elsinore" , said point being on a non -
tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 70.00 feet, a radial line to said point
bears North 78° 18'23" West;
Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 74 °51'36" a distance of 91.46
