10 WHEREAS, the hereinafter- described portion of Valley Boulevard was dedicated
11 for public road and utility uses by Certificate of Dedication recorded August 22, 1962 as
12 Instrument No. 79234, in Book 3207, Page 176, and the portion of Chambers Avenue
13 was offered for dedication for public road and utility purposes by Parcel Map. 14409,
14 recorded in Book 75, Page 86 of Parcel Maps, both Official Records, Riverside County,
15 California, which offers of dedication have not previously been accepted by the County,
16 now, therefore,

18 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors
19 of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on
20 _ April I1 , 2006, that this Board accepts the offers of dedication and
21 recognizes that said roads are public roads open for use by the general public;

3 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this
4 acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
5 public, for public road and utility uses and is not an acceptance of the roads into the
6 County Maintained Road System pursuant to Section 941 of the Streets and Highways
7 Code and that said roads shall not become a part of the County Maintained Road System
8 unless subsequently accepted into said Maintained Road System by resolution adopted
9 by this Board;

11 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described
12 as follows:
