All those portions of Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Parcel Map No. 23271, as shown
on Map on file in Book 170 Pages 95 through 99 inclusive of Parcel Maps in the
Unincorporated Territory of the County of Riverside, Records of Riverside County, State
of California, lying in Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 6 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of said Parcel 8, also being the existing
northeasterly Right of Way line of Temescal Canyon Road, being 44.00 feet wide from
centerline as shown on said Parcel Map No. 23271;
Thence North 26'01'16" West, a distance of 295.70 feet along said existing northeasterly
Right of Way line of Temescal Canyon Road to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave southwesterly, having a radius of 2,044.00 feet;
Thence northwesterly along said tangent curve, an are length of 777.32 feet through a
central angle of 21
