Unincorporated County of Riverside, State of California, lying within those portions of Lot 151,
Fields Drive and Brookridge Lane in Tract No. 29962, filed in
Book 4W pa 97 MAO H 1 inclusive, of Maps,
records of said County more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter comer of said Section 28 as shown on said map;
Thence South 89 35'44" West, a distance of 214.96 feet to the South East corner of said Tract
