DRAINAGE ACCESS EASEMENT
That portion of Parcel A -17 in the County of Riverside, State of California, as shown on that
Record of Survey recorded in Book 50, Pages 68 through 75, inclusive, of Records of Surveys, in
the office of the County Recorder of Riverside County, being a portion of Section 28, Township
7 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Butterfield Stage Road (110.00 feet wide) and
Rancho California Road (110 feet wide) both as shown on said Record of Survey map;
Thence along said centerline of Butterfield Stage Road, North 41 °39'51" West 1216.08 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 4800.00 feet;
