That portion of Parcel A- 17 as shown on that Record of Survey as per map recorded in Book 50, Pages
68 through 75, inclusive, of Records of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County, being a portion of Section 28 and Section 33, both in Township 7 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, all in the County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Butterfield Stage Road (110.00 feet wide, full width),
shown as 110 foot wide Highway and Road Easement on said map, and Rancho California Road (110
feet wide, full width) as shown on said map;
Thence along the centerline of said Butterfield Stage Road, North 41 West 1216.08 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 4800.00 feet;
Thence continuing along said centerline of Butterfield Stage Road, northwesterly 1960.26 feet along
said curve, through a central angle of 23'23'56";
Thence leaving said centerline North 71 "East 55.00 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way
line of said Butterfield Stage Road, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
