title in the County of Riverside an behalf of the public for
public road, drainage and utility uses, and subject to
improvements in accordance with County standards, will be
included into the County Maintained Road System by the
undersigned on behalf of the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to the authority contained in County Ordinance No. 669.

That portion of Parcel A -18 as shown on that Record of Survey as per map recorded in Book 50, Pages
68 through 75, inclusive, of Records of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of Riverside
County conveyed to Temecula Vineyard Estates, LLC. as Parcel 4 in a grant deed recorded as Document
No. 2005- 0435833 on June 1, 2005 in Official Records of said County, being a portion of Section 28,
Township 7 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, and a portion of Rancho Pauba, all in the
County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Butterfield Stage Road (1 10.00 feet wide, full width) and
La Serena Way (88.00 feet wide, full width), shown as 88 foot wide Highway and Road Easement on
said map;
Thence along the centerline of said Butterfield Stage Road, South 00 0 28'01" West 2.80 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of 4800.00 feet;
Thence continuing along the centerline of Butterfield Stage Road, southerly 4I.40 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 00 °29'39" to the westerly prolongation of the northerly line of said Parcel A-
18;
Thence along said westerly prolongation, North 85 °48'4I" East 55.15 feet to the northwest corner of
said Parcel A -18, said point being on the easterly right -of -way line of said Butterfield Stage Road, said
point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the northerly line of said Parcel A -18, North 85 °48'41" East 21.42 feet;
Thence leaving said northerly line South 42"47'13" West 31.39 feet to the easterly right -of -way line of
said Butterfield Stage Road, said point being the beginning of a non - tangent curve concave easterly
having a radius of 4745.00 feet, a radial line to said curve bears South 89 °45'46" West, said curve is
concentric and 55.00 feet northeasterly of the previously described curve having a radius of 4800.00
