Rancho on file in Book 9, Page 33 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, said
portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said southwest quarter of Section 27, said
corner being on the centerline of said Schleisman Road (60.00 feet in width);
Thence North 89" 21' 10" West along said centerline of Schleisman Road, a distance of
383.14 feet;
