That portion of the south 952.17 feet, measured at a right angle from the centerline of
Schleisman Road, of the easterly half of the east 80 acres of the southwest quarter of Section 27,
Township 2 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, as shown by Map of the Jurupa
Rancho on file in Book 9, Page 33 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, said
portion being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said southwest quarter of Section 27, said
corner being on the centerline of said Schleisman Road (60.00 feet in width);
Thence North 89° 21' 10" West along said centerline of Schleisman Road, a distance of
202.52 feet;
Thence North 00° 38' 50" East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, said point being on the northerly right of way line of said Schleisman Road;
Thence North 00° 39' 21" East, a distance of 20.00 feet;
Thence North 84° 19'44" East, a distance of 86.59 feet to a point on the westerly line of
