Description
Being a portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 13522 in Section 15, Township 6 South,
Range 3 West, S. B. B. M., as shown by Map on file in Book 83 of Parcel Maps, Pages
75 and 76, Records of Riverside County, California, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Parcel 3, said corner being also on the
East right -of -way line of Haun Road, 44' East of the centerline, as shown on said Parcel
Map;
THENCE North 00° 19' 36" West along the West line of said Parcel 3 and said right -of-
way line, a distance of 657.10 feet to the Northwest corner of said Parcel 3;
THENCE North 89° 47' 18" East along the North line of said Parcel 3, a distance of
15.00 feet to a line lying parallel to and 15.00 feet East of as measured at right angles to
said West line;
THENCE South 00° 19' 36" East, along said parallel line, a distance of 657.11 to the
Southerly line of said Parcel 3;
THENCE South 89 47' 18" West, a distance of 15.00 feet along the Southerly line of
